Spacer for surface mounting (M3 type) 　⁂⁂⁂ 　3SSF series

  • A chip mounter can be used for this spacer.
  • No adsorption film. Please directly adsorb.
  • Please fit to the surface mounting board and solder by reflow.
  • This can be used for various purposes such as fitting a panel, fitting to housing, and supplying electric wire.
  • Material: Brass
  • Finish: Tin plating over a nickel base

■ Recommended metal mask thickness: 150 μm to 200 μm
■ Tightening torque: 3.0kgf-cm（29.4N-cm）or less

  •  A chip mounter can be used for this spacer.
  •  Please fit to the surface mounting board and solder by reflow.
  •  This can be used for various purposes such as fitting of a panel, fitting to a housing, and supplying of electric wire.
  •  Please remove the adsorption film after reflow.
  •  The jig for removing adsorption films (Part No.: TH-JIG) is available.
  •  Material: Brass
  •  Finish: Tin plating over nickel base
  •  Tap:   No 2-56 type P = 0.4536
    No 4-40 type P = 0.6350

  •  A chip mounter can be used for this spacer.
  •  Please fit the surface mounting board and solder by reflow.
  •  The small protuberance on the lower part is attached to prevent misalignment.
  •  This product can be used for various purposes such as two-tiered installation of PC boards and fitting of a panel.
  •  Electricity can be applied to this.

  • This spacer is used for increasing the height of an LED for surface mounting.
  • This is used for adjusting the height of a panel, etc.
  •  After automatically mounting the spacer and carrying out reflow, please perform manual soldering of an LED for surface mounting.
  •  Material Resin part: Liquid crystal polymer white（UL94V-0）
    Metal part: Phosphor bronze
  •  Finish: Gold plating over nickel base
  •  Operating temperature range: － 40 to ＋ 100℃
  •  Adaptive LED: 3.2 × 1.6 size
